The connector station will be Earlington Heights Metrorail station and groundbreaking is already well underway.

There are those who have panned this project for it's scale, duplication of existing services and general attempts to modernize what is an otherwise old transport system with a Hub and spoke type model. Whichever side you land on this argument it is being built and we will most certainly look back and say.... Well, we won't know until we get there.
