Unique to us is having been through the last two market downturns with direct involvement in the successful repositioning of almost all real estate asset classes.  We have been through the good and bad times. We understand them and see opportunity in both. From Golf Courses, to condos, land, commercial centers to mismanaged associations we have been at the front lines in trying times with a hands on, no frills/no nonsense approach while always retaining a human touch.

We donate our services and experience to workforce housing initiatives locally and are involved in regional advocacy. Most recently, we are spearheading a series of meetings with top local regional and national governmental and business experts regarding the current market crisis. We have helped the local community get a better understanding of new appraisal guidelines or HVCC rules, the various local, state and regional assistance programs for homeowners who find themselves in trying times (at no cost to them). A better understanding of PMI insurance and the new lending rules and a birds eye view of what is happening in the court system regarding foreclosures in our current market.

With our good fortune of having obtained experience in a vast array of engagements we feel it an honor to have something to give back.
