National Distresses Property Services (NDPS) is the outgrowth of a collective need to solve one of the most pressing problems in the Real Estate community right now. The proper qualifying of sellers, listing of their properties and presenting of qualified buyers and documentation to banks and mortgage holders in a manner that represents the most expedient, fair and ethical sale of real estate through the short sale or below mortgage value sale process. We are Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPE) which, is a national certification and recognized by both Local, Regional, State and National Realtor boards. Our leadership has over 40 years experience in real estate.

Our goal is to help those individuals who need to sell their real estate at below their current mortgage value the opportunity to successfully do so by properly qualifying, marketing, presenting and managing the relationship with their lender and buyer for a quick turn around and closing.

What are we not? We are not a fee based business. We will not charge you any service fee. We are a fully licensed real estate brokerage firm that assists sellers in properly qualifying for and listing their property for a short sale. We assist home owners with the short sale process by qualifying them and their real estate to make sure they are good candidates for a real estate short sale. If we cannot help you we will give  you guidance (At no charge) on what the next steps should be such as mediation or loan modification to name a few. We only profit by helping property owners sell assets approved for sale by both them and their lender through a normal real estate sales process. Our goals are inline with you and your lender in that we only profit through YOU having a successful transaction.
