I asked him to find places to live for 3 Japanese business men. His work was really fast and professional. He knows all Miami area and great professional people because he is a native in Miami. My Japanese customers found their condos right away!! And all my clients were happy. His after care was also wonderful. One of my clients had problem after he rented a condo. As soon as Adrian found out the problem, he immediately contacted to the owner, and fix right away. It’s really difficult to find a trustworthy realtor in this area, so I (we) were really lucky that I (we) found him!!!

Adrian is very nice Realtor. He listed up good property promptly once I requested. He responded quickly at any time. I was so glad because he took care of my property not only before making a contract but also after moving in. If I have to find property again, I will work with him.

Mr Adrian is by far the Best Realtor i have worked with. Not only did he replied the next day and showed me and my wife the properties we wanted to see, but also took the time to figure out in a short amount of time exactly what we were looking for. He has some very powerful data tools that really helps you see what the “real” price of a property really is. Even though for now we could now buy the property (because of bank related issues) we are really looking forward to meet with Mr Adrian in a couple of months. 100% recommended !!!.
